Sahuarita Business Safety and Recovery Program

The Town of Sahuarita is committing $600,000 to support small businesses with grants of up to $10,000. Sahuarita-based businesses that have suffered negative economic impact due to business closures will receive financial assistance for payroll and operational costs including inventory, supplies, utilities and other health supplies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Eligible expenses must have been spent between March 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.
Am I eligible?
- For-profit businesses
- Physical location in the Town of Sahuarita since January 2020
- Three to 30 full-time equivalent employees
- Less than $3 million in actual or projected gross sales in a 12-month period
Applications close October 31, 2020 at 5 p.m. or when funds are exhausted.
